MONDAY, 3/8/2010: Arrival Day. Arrivals, setup, meet & greet old friends plus make new friends, relax

2:00 - 5:00 P.M.     Rally Registration, Game-Bean Bag Toss Sign-up, Game Bean Bag Baseball 
Sign-up, Silent Auction Items Organized (Be sure to donate any extra item you do not need or use but in excellent condition)

5:30 - 6:00 P.M. Social Time; Club provides wine, water, sodas

6:00 - 7:00 P.M. POTLUCK; Bring heavy hors d’oeuvres to share plus your own table setting (plates, silverware, etc.)

7:00-10:00 P.M. DJ, visiting, dancing, music


TUESDAY, 3/9/2010: CAT Day (Wear your CAT shirt!) & Seminars - (Silent Auction items set up for today only - be sure to bid for items!)

8:00 - 9:00 A.M. Continental Breakfast

9:15- 9:30 A.M. Group Picture (wear CAT Shirts or a white shirt)

10:00 -12/Noon Caterpillar Engine Maintenance Seminar

10:00 -12/Noon Ladies Craft

Noon -1:30 P.M. SCA Testing

1:30 - 4:30 P.M. Games: Bean Bag Toss

4:30 - 4:45 P.M. Gather for Ride to River Break Ranch

4:45 P.M.          Depart for River Breaks Ranch

5:00 - 8:00 P.M.
River Breaks Ranch (Ride though ranch on covered wagons, watch working ranch, join in a real ranch dinner, be entertained by horse races, and authentic cowboys roping steers).
