Monday, 3/2/2009                        Arrival Day

8:30 am                        Optional Golf Outing – contact Jack Conway for details

After 11:00 am                         Arrival, set up, meet other club members and relax

2:00 – 4:00 pm                         Bean Bag Tournament – Round One

5:00 – 7:00 pm             Social Hour and Potluck – The Club will provide wine and soft drinks. 
Bring heavy hors d’oeuvres to share.

Tuesday, 3/3/2009                           CAT Day (Wear your Cat Shirts)

7:30-9:00 am                           Full Breakfast

9:00-11:30 am                         Caterpillar Maintenance Seminar

9:00-11:30 am                         Ladies’ Craft – Make Sterling Silver Earrings

1:00-3:00 pm               Radiator SCA testing for all coaches –

You must be at your coach during the test

3:00-4:00                     Glider Flying Contest – win Charleston Attraction tickets!

5:00 pm                       Social Hour - Club provides wine and soft drinks.

6:00 pm                       Catered Dinner

7:30 pm                                   Entertainment – Low Country Stories

9:00am – 3:00pm                 Explore Charleston Attractions, CAT RV Club photo contest

3:00pm-6:00pm                        Turn in files and or prints for photo contest

5:00pm                        Social Hour - Club provides wine and soft drinks

6:00 pm                       Catered Dinner

7:00 pm                                   Entertainment – Your Charleston Adventures

Thursday, 3/5/2009                   Activities & Wrap-up Day

9:00 – noon                              General Maintenance Seminar – Brett Wolfe

9:00 – noon                              Ladies’ Games

noon– 4:00 pm             Vote to pick “Explore Charleston” winning photos

1:00 – 3:30 pm             Bean Bag Baseball

3:30 – 4:30 pm                         Big CAT Bean Bag Finals.  Come cheer on the finalists.

5:00 pm                       Awards Ceremony.  Social Hour - Club provides wine and soft drinks.   

6:00 pm                       Catered Dinner

7:30 pm                       Entertainment – The UnderCover Band
