After 11:00 am - Arrival, set up, meet other club members and relax

2:00-4:00 pm - Round One- Bean Bag Tournament

4:00 pm -  Social Hour – The Club will provide wine and soft drinks. Bring heavy hors d’oeuvres to share.

5:30-8:30 pm -  Entertainment - The ‘Oregon Fossil Guy’, Guy Di Torrice.

There will be a short lecture followed by a beach walk to look for fossils for those who want. Requires walking.

7:30-9:00 am - Full Breakfast

9:00-11:30 am - Caterpillar Maintenance Seminar

9:30-11:30 am - Ladies Lanyard Craft

1:00-2:30 pm - Round Two-Bean Bag Tournament

Noon-5:00 pm - Tour historic Yaquina lighthouse or Nye Beach shops.

5:00 pm - Social Hour-Club provides wine and soft drinks. Cash bar.

6:00 pm - Catered Dinner (wear polka dot anything. Prizes for best!)

7:30 pm - Entertainment - The Polka Dots

7:30-9:00 am - Full Breakfast

9:30-11:30 am - General RV Maintenance Seminar – Brett Wolfe

9:30-11:30 am - Wellness Seminar with Victoria Schneider: Essential role of vitamins and minerals in maintaining good memory and healthy skin.

Noon-5:00 pm - Explore busy bay front of Newport on your own.

5:00 pm - Social Hour-Club provides wine and soft drinks. Cash bar.

6:00 pm - Buffet Dinner and Entertainment you won’t believe!

10-11:30 am - Brunch (Sleep in late and rest up for big Gala Evening)

Noon - Big Cat Bean Bag Finals

4:00 pm - Awards Ceremony. Early Social Hour. Club provides wine and soft drinks.

5:00- 6:15 pm - Early Specialty Dinner. Dressy casual attire. Sensible shoes.

6:30 pm - Buses leave for private evening tour of Oregon Coast Aquarium.

7:00 – 8:00 pm - Group tours of the Oregon Coast Aquarium.

8:00-8:45 pm - Special Oregon desserts and coffee right among the marine exhibits. A cash bar serving your favorite liquors, brandies, etc.

9:00 pm - Buses return to Pacific Shores Motor coach Resort

7:00-9:00 am - Continental Breakfast

11 am - Checkout, Warm Farewells, on to the next rally or make your own arrangements with PSMR
